If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or text us.

Once you sign up for services a Swoop Scoop representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

Enjoy hassle-free service with your own customer portal, which allows you to set up automatic payments, keep track of invoices, and manage your service online.
4 - Attach Payment Method

All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Swoop Scoop will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

Disposal Options
The safest way, by far, to dispose of dog waste is to place it in your outdoor trash can. That said, some clients do need us to haul it away, and we're happy to do so. And because we haul away less waste, we can maintain more sanitary conditions in our vehicles, and eliminate cross-contamination.
No Contracts
Some companies want to lock you in to ongoing service. We don't do contracts. We're flexible and easy. You can cancel service whenever you like and start up again at any time. Just text us or make the change through your client portal.

What To Expect On Your Service Day
On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated Doo Fighters team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.
Arrival Notification
Our friendly Doo Fighters technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Doo Fighters team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Doo Fighters technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Your pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can unless you have selected to add on Haul-Away service for a small fee. If you don’t have a trash can accessible, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.
