As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard, immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets, and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather (lightning, flooding, and temperatures below 15 or above 100) make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will wait until your next scheduled cleanup. You will still be charged because there will be twice as much to clean up next time. However, if you perform the clean up yourself, you will be credited for that service on the following month's bill. Just send us a pic of your sparkling yard and we'll process your credit!
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.), please let us know in advance so we can pause your service. That way, you are not charged for any unnecessary visits.
We love pets! That's why we're out here doing the dirty work for you, haha! However, if you have a pet that has shown any aggressive tendencies, we ask that you please keep them indoors or in their kennels while we service your yard to prevent any harm to our techs or equipment.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other property.
Pricing and Promotions are subject to change at any time. We will always delivery transparent pricing. If our prices need to increase, you will be notified at least two months prior to any changes so you can make the best decision for your family and budget.
Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
